APP Município de Elvas was made for two types of users: the tourists and the citizens. The application’s main goal is to promote the cultural and the heritage of Elvas, a World Heritage Site, since 2012. Its key features allows the citizens to communicate directly with the municipality of Elvas, regarding the report of events, suggestions and appointments.
