Once you have added products in your online store (Dukaan) , you can get orders by sharing your store link with your customers on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, google my business, and Other social media platforms.

Order Management :
Once you get an order, you will receive a notification, SMS and get a mail on your registered email address. After receiving an order you can accept or reject the order as per your inventory, once you accept the order, the consumer will receive order confirmation SMS, and the order will go to the ship, remember consumer can cancel an order until it's not shipped, so once an order is accepted move fast and ship it, after that order goes to complete and you can mark it delivered. In case the consumer has any issue with the order they can raise an issue and you can see all the issues raised in your seller app and resolve them by connecting with the customers directly.
