The first application in Romania for determining birds was translated and adapted to the conditions in the country by the Milvus Group Association. We thank the two organizations that designed the determinant together and made the application available to us: Magyar Madártani és Természetvédelmi Egyesület (MME) - BirdLife Hungary and the Wolf Chicken Youth Association - Farkaskölykök Ifjúsági Egyesület.

The determinant provides assistance in identifying 372 species of birds in Romania. To facilitate the determination of the species, several search elements have been introduced, such as: appearance, habitat and plumage color.
