This application József Kovács: I am a Christian! Preparing friends for baptism c. which is the first volume in the Bible School textbook series of the Christian Gypsy Mission Foundation (KCA). Although it was created primarily for Roma, it can be used with good results to prepare all converted people for baptism and to establish their spiritual life.
