Indian cuisine has come a very long way. We have been delightfully involved in great Indian cuisine since 1978. Mostab Ali (pictured above), our beloved father first ground up spices at home and created much loved dishes that he served to his diners as well as delivering delicious food to many homes over 40 years ago. As his sons, we honour his legacy and offer our heartfelt gratitude to him for his love of quality produce and original flavours. We believe that we have honoured this time long
