Whether you are a beginner or an advanced runner, we have training plans for everyone: 3 km, 5 km, 10 km, 21 km and 42 km in the most complete and free running app.
Couch 5k - Running App is based on the prestigious C25K (couch to 5k) fitness program specially designed so that anyone can achieve their goal even if they haven't run for years (or ever!). This jogging app will guide you step by step giving you instructions when you have to run and walk.
