For the holistic development of Karnataka's seven districts - Kalaburagi, Yadagiri, Beedar, Raichur, Koppal, Bellary and Vijayanagar, The Honorable Chief Minister of Karnataka created a special scheme OR Association called Kalyana Karnataka Maanava Sampanmoola, Krushi haagu Saamskrutika Sangha in the possession of the State Government, and appointed Mr. Basavaraj Patil Sedum ji as honrable President of Association who was a former Member of Parliament and former Rajyasabha member. State government also awarded ministerial status to Mr. Basavaraj Patil Sedumji and awarded Rs 500 crores for the development to the respective Association.
The Association consists of the President and 15 members of the Governing Body and 05 Experts are appointed as Administrative Advisors, to guide the implementation of the various objectives of the Association.
For the successful execution of the development of human recourses schemes focusing on rural youth from infancy to higher education, totally 4174 saamskruthika samparka kendras and one thousand prashikshna centres are created to reach the goal.
