Do you want to break your Personal Record (PR)? How great! This app helps you improve your fitness and your health. Together with your own sports buddy, you will receive new exercises every week at your level to improve your strength, balance, endurance and flexibility.
The exercises (at different levels) are composed by a team of experts. All exercises are presented by colleagues Ragna, Natascha and Rachel and our Athlete Leaders Juan Andres, Leon, Lize, Sanne, Suzanne, Wessel, Lotte, Sara, Jordan, Matthijs, Marit and Imra. Speaker Henk Jan explains how each exercise should be performed, to make it even easier. So watch and listen carefully! If you follow all the directions, it should get better and better and you get stronger and fitter.
